We wanted to remodel this house so a family could live there and enjoy it. We began by fixing the foundation, which had slanted and required immediate attention. The original kitchen was in poor shape, so we completely remodeled it with new cabinets, flooring, and an open layout. We had a very low budget for this remodel, and every choice had to be carefully considered to keep that in mind.
